On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 5, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered July 30, 2013, is amended by deleting from ninth decretal paragraph thereof the address "1 Helen Keller Way" and substituting therefor the address "40 Main Street, 3rd Floor."
