Motion by appellant for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered May 11, 2012, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated December 9, 2013, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from the decision and order of this court. Separate motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to serve and file papers in reply to respondent's opposition to appellant's reargument motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it further,
ORDERED that appellant's motions are denied.
