NYCTL 1998-2 Trust, etc., plaintiff,

v Zoila Lucinda Avila, et al., defendants,

Edmund Wolk, etc., et al., respondents;

Charis Sachtouris, nonparty-appellant.

(Index No. 21145/01)

Separate motions by Charis Sachtouris to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 4, 2012, June 14, 2013, and June 21, 2013, respectively, and to consolidate the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals are granted, and the time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until June 10, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to consolidate the appeals are denied as unnecessary with respect to the appeals from the orders dated January 4, 2012, and June 21, 2013, as those appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 670.7[c][1]), and are otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
