Motion by Cathedral Court Associates, L.P., in effect, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts, dated January 27, 2014, which determined an appeal from a judgment of the First District Court, Nassau County, dated September 30, 2011, and to calendar that appeal with an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 26, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated January 27, 2014, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
