ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeal by Fairfield Presidential Associates, Fairfield Presidential Houses, Inc., and Fairfield Towers Condominium from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 10, 2006. The respondent Robert Zinnamon died during the pendency of the appeal and no substitution has been made.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered pursuant to CPLR 1021 dismissing the above-entitled appeal for failure to effect timely substitution for the respondent Robert Zinnamon by filing an affidavit or affirmation on that issue with the Clerk of this Court on or before June 20, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, shall serve a copy of this order to show cause on the parties by regular mail.
