Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 3, 2014, as dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 5, 2013, and for leave to reargue a motion by Steven M. Wise, an attorney in good standing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the appellant on the appeal, which was determined by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 3, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
