Motion by the defendants Red Top Management Transport Inc., and Damien Munoz, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts, dated April 30, 2014, which denied their motion, inter alia, to vacate an order of the same court dated March 3, 2014, which dismissed an appeal from a transcript of the Suffolk County Court dated October 23, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
