Motion by the nonparty-appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 31, 2014, inter alia, for leave to reargue his prior motion to stay State University of New York from awarding a certain contract, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 25, 2014, and for poor person relief.
