Motion by Paul Gullas for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated March 3, 2014, which, inter alia, denied his motion for leave to reargue his prior motion to vacate an order of the same court dated September 23, 2013, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered May 23, 2012. Separate motion by Paul Gullas to stay the public auction of the shares of the subject cooperative apartment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to stay the public auction of the shares of the subject cooperative apartment is denied as academic.
