On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 18, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered April 20, 2012, is amended by deleting from the last decretal paragraph thereof the date "May 19, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "May 20, 2014."
