| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Stamatiki Tsafatinos for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 2, 2014, and to stay the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of that appeal as well as an appeal from a judgment of the same court dated January 2, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal purportedly taken as of right from the order dated May 2, 2014, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
