Motion by the appellant to stay a certain proceeding pending in the Town of Ramapo Justice Court and to enjoin the respondent from selling, transferring, or disposing of its interest in the subject real property, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated April 30, 2014.
