Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 27, 2013, and December 16, 2013, respectively, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated June 27, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from the order dated June 27, 2013, is enlarged until July 22, 2014, and the record or appendix and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
