Motion by respondent on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, rendered May 15, 2013, in effect, to vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated January 15, 2014, which granted appellant leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and the assignment of counsel.
