ORDERED that the order of this court dated April 4, 2014, which marked withdrawn an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered October 24, 2012, is recalled and vacated, and the appeal, and the stay pending appeal granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated March 5, 2013, are reinstated; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's brief is deemed timely filed as of the date of this decision and order on motion, and respondent, if it be so advised, may serve and file a respondent's brief within 21 days of the date of this decision and order on motion. Appellant, if it be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within 14 days of the date that the respondent's brief is served upon it.
