Motion by the respondent-appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 3, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file a brief and a supplemental joint appendix is enlarged until July 2, 2014, and the respondents-appellants' brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), and the supplemental joint appendix must be served and filed on or before that date.
