DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to amend a notice of appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 24, 2014, to enlarge the time to perfect that appeal, and to calendar that appeal together with an appeal from an order of the same court dated August 14, 2013

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to amend the notice of appeal is denied as unnecessary; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated January 24, 2014, is denied as premature as the time to perfect that appeal expires on July 24, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals together is granted, and the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same day.
