DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

ants,

Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 3, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 16, 2014, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until June 26, 2014, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
