Motions by the appellant for leave to file a supplemental brief on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, both rendered June 11, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant shall serve and file the supplemental brief on or before July 2, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 2, 2014, and the respondent may serve and file one brief in response to assigned counsel's main brief and the supplemental brief on or before that date.
