Motion by the appellants-respondents to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated July 19, 2013, and for leave to withdraw their appeal insofar as taken against the plaintiff-respondent.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal insofar as taken against the plaintiff-respondent by the appellants-respondents is marked withdrawn; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants-respondents' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until July 18, 2014, and the appellants-respondents' reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
