| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Application by the plaintiff pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 14, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the cross appeal taken by the defendants is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as they are not aggrieved by the order on appeal (see Parochial Bus Sys. v Board of Educ. Of City of N.Y., 60 NY2d 539); and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the appellant's time to perfect her appeal is enlarged until July 25, 2014, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
