| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Judy Bailey from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 31, 2013. By order to show cause dated April 1, 2014, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered relieving the assigned counsel for the respondent Tamara Stephen.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to relieve counsel is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that Christina Brandt-Young, c/o Legal Momentum, 395 Hudson Street, New York, N.Y. 10014, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney for the respondent herein assigned; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the respondent to represent the respondent Tamara Stephen:
