Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, Lance Kramer, 26 Court Street, Suite 2503, Brooklyn, N.Y. 11242, is relieved of the assignment to represent the respondent, and is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney for the respondent herein assigned; and it is further,
