Appeal by Christian Harkins, Town of Wappinger, and Board of Assessment Review of Town of Wappinger from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated July 11, 2013.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the right of direct appeal from the order terminated upon entry of a final judgment on November 4, 2013; any issues raised by the appellants in connection with the order will be reviewed on the appeal from the final judgment (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241), pending under Appellate Division Docket No. 2014-00714.
