DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent Boris Sagalovich and separate motion by the respondent John Aronbayev to dismiss an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered December 5, 2013, on the ground that no appeal lies from a judgment entered upon the default of the appealing party.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5511).
