Petitioner-appellant having moved for permission to appeal from an order of the Family Court, Cattaraugus County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on March 20, 2014, and for a stay of enforcement of the order pending the hearing and determination of the appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Fern S. Adelstein, Esq., dated March 24, 2014, and the affirmation of Darryl R. Bloom, Esq., filed May 9, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks permission to appeal is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks a stay pending appeal is granted on condition that the appeal is perfected on or before September 18, 2014, and
It is further ORDERED that petitioner-appellant file the original stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on the appeal, together with proof of service, on or before September 18, 2014, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
