Respondent Marcia A. Birdsong having cross-moved to dismiss appellant's appeal from an order of said court entered May 1, 2014, and having cross-moved for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmations of Frank S. Falzone, Esq., dated April 9, 2014, and April 17, 2014, the affirmations of Hilary C. Banker, Esq., dated April 11, 2014, and April 23, 2014, and the notices of motion and cross motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that appellant's motion is granted insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief on the appeals, on the condition that the brief is filed and served on or before June 13, 2014, and
It is further ORDERED that appellant's motion and respondent Marcia A. Birdsong's cross motion are otherwise denied.
