Now, upon reading and filing the statements of Elijah Bell dated May 13, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks permission to proceed as a poor person is dismissed as unnecessary, and the motion is otherwise denied.
