DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from a decision and order on motion of this court dated April 9, 2014, which denied appellant's prior motion to "vacate" a decision and order on motion of this court dated December 28, 2012, which, among other things, dismissed his appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered April 26, 2012. Cross motion by respondent to preclude appellant or anyone acting on his behalf from serving and filing any other motions or applications in this proceeding without prior permission of the court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, it is
ORDERED that appellant's motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted to the extent of directing that appellant shall make no further motions to this court in connection with this proceeding without prior leave of this court.
