The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Carl Wall, Appellant.

Motion by respondent for leave to reargue its opposition to appellant's prior motion for leave to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, rendered February 5, 2014, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel, which prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated April 23, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
