Motion by the plaintiff for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated September 4, 2013, and January 7, 2014, respectively, which determined motions and a cross motion in connection with an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated July 28, 2009, which was determined by a decision and order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated October 25, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied (see CPLR 5703).
