Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 27, 2014, which dismissed an appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 12, 2013, on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision, and for leave to appeal to this Court from the decision.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
