Motion by the nonparty-appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 14, 2014, inter alia, to stay State University of New York from awarding a certain contract, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 25, 2014, and for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for poor person relief is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed without prejudice to renew upon payment of the motion filing fee.
