DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to file an oversized brief on an appeal, by permission, from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 5, 2012, and for leave to file an addendum to the brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file an oversized brief is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file the brief is enlarged until June 27, 2014, and the brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file an addendum to the brief is denied.
