ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated May 30, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated December 4, 2013, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "June 14, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "June 16, 2014."
