Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered July 9, 2013, to clarify a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 29, 2014, which determined his motion, inter alia, to annul a certain determination made by letter dated January 21, 2010, and his separate motion, inter alia, for the Court to take judicial notice of certain Federal and State statutes, rules, or regulations cited by the parties.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
