On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 23, 2014, in the above-entitled case, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered December 6, 2011, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "July 28, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "August 11, 2014."
