Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to strike stated material from the original record on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered April 23, 2013, and to recuse the Justices assigned to the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to strike stated material from the original record is denied as unnecessary as the only documents considered on the appeal are those documents pertaining to the appellant and the judgment rendered April 23, 2013, against her; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
