Motion by the respondents Barry Beil and Stanley Pine on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 8, 2013, and October 29, 2013, respectively, to dismiss the appeal from the order dated October 29, 2013, on the ground that it has been rendered academic.
