Motion by Municipal Labor Committee for leave to serve and file an amicus curiae brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 16, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
