Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Jeanne M. Vinal, Esq., sworn to May 23, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Fallyn B. Cavalieri, Esq., dated June 6, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 18, 2014, is hereby amended by deleting the date May 27, 2014, and inserting in its place the date July 28, 2014.

Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted.
