Motion by Robert Lee Crewdson and John S. Ducat III, attorneys in good standing in the State of Georgia, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the plaintiffs-appellants, on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 25, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the parties are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal by the plaintiffs-appellants on the ground that the plaintiffs-appellants are not aggrieved by the order entered November 25, 2013 (see CPLR 5511), by filing an affirmation or affidavit on that issue with the Clerk of this Court on or before July 3, 2014, and serving one copy on the other parties to the appeals; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance in the interim; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, shall serve a copy of this order to show cause on the parties or their attorneys by regular mail.
