Motion by Tamara Pewzner and Ruben Elberg, as executors of the estate of Jacob Elberg, to be substituted for the deceased appellant, Jacob Elberg, as the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 30, 2013, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the caption is amended accordingly, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until August 11, 2014, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
