| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 1, 2011, raising an additional issue concerning the appellant's convictions of three counts of attempted aggravated harassment in the third degree.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant shall serve and file the supplemental brief on or before July 7, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file a brief, if any, in response to the appellant's supplemental brief, on or before August 7, 2014.
