On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on application of this Court dated June 11, 2014, is recalled and vacated and the following decision and order on application is substituted therefor:
Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated March 28, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until June 20, 2014, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the petitioner-respondent shall serve and file a brief, if any, on or before July 25, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before August 11, 2014.
