Application by the appellant pro se on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered January 26, 2012, and February 8, 2012, respectively, to withdraw his motion for leave to file a supplemental brief, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 5, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 5, 2014, is recalled and vacated, and the appellant's motion for leave to file a supplemental brief is deemed withdrawn.
