ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 2, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 14, 2013, and February 27, 2014, respectively is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "June 19, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "June 25, 2014."
