Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered April 17, 2014, and a certain warrant of eviction pending hearing and determination of appeals from the judgment as well as an order of the same court entered February 6, 2014, or, in the alternative, pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(6) to fix an undertaking as a condition of an automatic stay.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
