DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated April 3, 2014, as directed that the subject children "are to spend three (3) weeks in the summer with their mother" pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of so much of the order as directed that the subject children "are to spend three (3) weeks in the summer with their mother" is granted, and enforcement of that portion of the order is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
