Motion by the third-party defendants-respondents-appellants for leave to reargue an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 22, 2012, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated March 19, 2014, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Separate motion by the defendants third-party plaintiffs-appellants-respondents for leave to reargue stated portions of their appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
